Plant Based AC travelled to Sheffield to compete in the 2025 British Masters 3000m Championships this month. With strong entries in all age categories, it was a competitive event.
Plant Based had great success on the day:
Rachel represented us in the Women’s 3000m and podiumed in second place.
Lea represented us in the Men’s 3000m and also podiumed, securing third place.
